I just checked out this post and got a great laugh. Someone saying that Westfall lost to some not so good teams, I'm guessing that 10-0 D3 Logan Elm is not so good. Logan Elm won the MSL this season and is the #2 team in their region, sounds pretty bad to me.

Teays Valley was also 6-4 and D2, being no pushover.

Congrats to the Fighting Tigers for the come from behind win. Great job of holding Westfall to only 3 points in the 2nd half and outscoring the Mustangs 27-3 after being down 28-14 at one time.

What a game. First half it was anybodies game then in the second half it was vintage Tiger football. Play good D ad drive drive down the field. Truthfully in the 1st half I thought it would come down to who had the ball last would win.

Gotta say, I agree TC71. I said in the 1st half, if we can stay tied or even 1 score behind we're good. Westfall's offense is awesome. I know they were shut down in the 2nd half, but they still moved the ball. I really believe that has to do with schedule. Not playing in the 2nd half of games caught up with them tonite. But and this is a big but, their defense was not very good. Westfall had 1 guy that seemed to be on every tackle(his name eludes me right now). If their defense had the same intensity as their offense, they would truely be dangerous. I have to say that's the 1st time I seen a 8-0 defense ran. This was a great game to watch. Congrats to the Mustangs on a fine season and great job by the Tigers for winning and advancing. I hope this next game is at Jackson.
