I will take East 21 Springfield Central Catholic 7!

Springfield Catholic has 5 seniors and 4 juniors on their team. Their qb is a senior and one of their lb's is a senior who played safety last year and has moved to that lb spot. According to their local newspaper in the pre-season; their coach said they are a young team with alot of players playing new positions this season!

I am a strong believer that Defense wins Championships! The Tartans certainly have a great defense! Friday, Oct. 31, 2008 will be history for the Sciotoville community! The "Leave No Doubt" Tour will continue in week 11! The Tartans will come away with their very first playoff victory in school history!

And remember this boys; once you win the first game in any year in the playoffs! Anything is possible!

I believe I read that they start something like a total of 11 freshman. If so our leadership should come through and get the win.

East is at their peak, and just in time. However, we face the toughest competition we've seen all year, in many years with the exception of Mechanicsburg. We've got to stay focused and stick to our gameplan. Awfully long trip for SCC, and they've never smelled anything like our portion of the Ohio River! Coach Hall has the boys ready, East 20-13.

In the past 25 years we have never had a D that swarms like this! I am so impresed with our speed. I cannot believe I am watching a D-6 team. If we get past round 1 and get a good matchup and Nathan is on target we may get more than 1 win, but 1st things 1st. Good luck boys! Keep representing 21 and 22, love you guys and your Daddy would be very proud of you and he is watching from above. God bless him.

SCC - 28
East - 7

SCC may play alot of Freshman this year but you have to remember this is Week 11 and not Week 1. By the looks of SCC schudule they have had some touch challenges with most losses being pretty competetive to good teams. I think East will get the first score but SCC will take it from there.

I am interested in seeing if anything special will be done to the field for the playoff game. Last year I believe the added a little color to the endzone...I think it would be nice to see but not sure is possible to see in one Endzone "East" in blue and outlined with white and in the other "Tartans" with the same thing..also on the twenties put E's facing the stands.

I guess tight game that goes down to the final 2 minutes . SCC has probably played so much better competetion than East. Therefore they will be more ready for playoff caliber football. So I'll guess SCC 26-21

I think East should paint the end zones like a checkerboard plad kilt color, blue and gray or blue and white, like Tennessee does.
