If west cant stop the gut runs on fakes vs burg, Ridgewood may have alot of success early and often. Soph linebackers are good for West but Burg did a good job getting runs up the gut with fakes and that is what Ridgewood does very well with a huge backfield. Who wears down who?? That is the ???

I have read some on Ridgewood and they seem to have a really good D and their full back looks big and fast---but I still don't see them out powering West.

I just went and watched the highlights of the Ridgewood/Shadyside game and it looks to me like West is playing a mirror image of itself. A team with a huge line, big bruising backs that just keep churning up yards after they are hit, a good moblie QB who throws the ball well, and a very aggressive defense. This game in my opinion is going to a very close and not the blowout that some are predicting. I'd say it comes down to turnovers and penalties in crucial situations.

Good luck West. Bring home the victory.
