The grove kids were a direct reflection of the men they followed every day at practice.In my opinion,some of the best in the league!(I can't say the best because I'm involved) You guys should allow this to rest,and let the young men enjoy an awesome season!

Hope so, gonna try to have a few tourneys again this year. I would like to have same teams to come back with a few extra. I enjoyed watching all the young men play last year was some great games. Anyone interrested pm me. We hope to get thing rolling shortly.

I wonder if anyone was complaining when the coach in question stayed for several hours on weekends to scout the r-h team?As a r-h coach i can tell you that this coach watched as many plays that our kids ran this year as i did;EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEMiit seems to me that somebody might have a personal issue with this coach.I can tell you from personal experience,this guy will answer any question that you want to ask him!

I do know at the Russell JFL, if you are kicked out of a game your actions are reviewed by the board. You will automatically be setting the next game also and if your actions include cursing and antics of unfavorable character... Then you will be kicked out and not allowed to coach in the league... I was at the game in question but I was on the other side of the field..I did not hear what was being said on the other sideline.. All I could see were the yellow flags flying in the air, then a hat and then I saw something thrown from the stands.. Now I could not tell what was said or who was involved..... I am just saying that we could hear on the other side of the field.. So I do not know what was being said....

If it was cursing and acts agasint a referee,, then you are gone.... Thats the rule..

WELL I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY AND YOU SHOULD ALL AGREE THAT WE HAVE PUT UP WITH SOME REFS THAT EVEN THE POPE WOULD PROBABLY CURSE AT. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE RESTRAINT OF AN INDIVIDUAL DEALING WITH THE REFS. I AM NOT SAYING ALL REFS ARE BAD BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN MORE GOOD THAN BAD. A coach is a person thats teaches r kids would it be alright if a teacher done it nope i dont thank so. so why would it be ok for a coach?????
Coaches are suppose to be a role model for our children. So for everyone who thanks that this is ok or defends them for it, wait until your kid gets older cusses at a adult, ref or even a coach and says well my caoch in lil league did it. As a parent do you really want someone like this being a role model for your child. Personally I would not want him coaching my kids. It takes a bigger man to step away and say this is about the kids rather then myself. So with that being said my children will not play football at the b-team level as long as this person is coaching. This is my opion sorry if I offended anyone but being a mom I want my children to be coached by someone who does not act like that.

I know refs can make a coach mad but still no excuse for what happen at the ateam game with that coach. I have listened to that coach all year and its not the first time I heard him talk like that in front of kids. I have been mad at a ref or two myself but would never act like that in front of any kid. I have watched football from c-team to high school and never seen anyone act like this. Just sayin my opion. One of mine has already finished lil league and the other has just started so if this person continues to coach mine will not play at the bteam level at coalgrove. This is just my opion an opions are like ------- everyone has one. Not trying to start anything but if a kid would act like this they would be but off the team.The same should go for the coach.

Mission why are you so interested in Grove Football you are from Rockhill. Dont you have your own program to worry about.

if you want someone to blame at russell, blame me . I took them off the field it had nothing to do with coach waulk. At the the time I didnt know who was thrown out, it appeared to be the whole staff. It was going to get a lot uglier if we stayed and you people would be saying how you couldnt believe the coach didnt take them off the field before a fight or the police were called. get over it and take your kid somewhere else to play. coach Murphy took them off the field,my decision period. Mission I appreciate your words but some people will never get it. they just want to run their mouth. Coach Waulk has been their 4 years with no kid of his playing, he gets a lot out of his kids and wins, the kids love to play for him, making everybody happy as you know never happens,even with a perfect season and a super bowl win, somebody thinks they could have done it better. so take your kid to south point and at least you wont have to worry about coach waulk or murphy kicking your teams butt on saturdays.
