Marietta should be improved this year with hupp, kerr, johnson, baughmann returning and a few good freshmen.

I'm not sure yet, but Saturday is weight certification.

i thought chilli was going to win this easy, but more & more i keep hearing kids are quiting and i heard a crazy rumor that the head coach quit . but you know how that works, im not sure how true that is

The head coach has not quit. Yes numbers are down, but the kids that want be on the team are there.

That's good to hear. I thought that statement made earlier was a little far fetched.

GAHS numbers are up started with around 30 kids down to around 26 after a few weeks of practice problem is log jamed at a few weight classes having 3 an 4 kids the same size but it makes for good competion. the jr high numbers are up also looks to be around 20 this year

Wow! That's great. The reason I said that #'s were down was because NY only has 10 and Warren has 9. Warren's Jr Hi has 13 or 14.

It happens in every sport everywhere.
You always lose a few at the beginning. Some kids come out and find out that wrestling is not for them. Fair enough! I don't think a kid should have to play a sport that he doesn't want to.
How productive would that kid be, if he was made to finish the season? Could be detrimental to the team.
