Marietta should be improved this year with hupp, kerr, johnson, baughmann returning and a few good freshmen.

The head coach has not quit. Yes numbers are down, but the kids that want be on the team are there.

That's good to hear. I thought that statement made earlier was a little far fetched.

Looks like numbers are down all over the place. :?

GAHS numbers are up started with around 30 kids down to around 26 after a few weeks of practice problem is log jamed at a few weight classes having 3 an 4 kids the same size but it makes for good competion. the jr high numbers are up also looks to be around 20 this year

Wow! That's great. The reason I said that #'s were down was because NY only has 10 and Warren has 9. Warren's Jr Hi has 13 or 14.

It happens in every sport everywhere.

You always lose a few at the beginning. Some kids come out and find out that wrestling is not for them. Fair enough! I don't think a kid should have to play a sport that he doesn't want to.

How productive would that kid be, if he was made to finish the season? Could be detrimental to the team.
