Re: SVC HONORS
I agree but you have to win games to get more on the list.
Brabson, Bumgardner, Jamie Helton, Ben Irvine, and otheres deserve to be on the list but you cannot argue with who was put up. The league on gives second place 4 1st team and 4 HM.

Re: SVC HONORS
How does Frejkowski not at least HM for Unioto. The kid was a 4 year varsity letterman. How convienent that Detillion picks his nephew as the SVC pick. Hobey Cottrell was their best player hands down. Too bad his dad was not on the coaching staff.

Re: SVC HONORS
how does these honors get voted on , do coaches vote for just first team and then a coach just picks 4 players for honorable mention ?

Re: SVC HONORS
Coaches vote for the player of the Year awards but just nominate the 1st team and HM kids.

Re: SVC HONORS
Congratulations to all the players who made it. This format has to be a killer on coaches.

Re: SVC HONORS
i like the fact that it isnt watered down..
only very good players are on the lists..
heck jordan elam couldnt even get a single vote for punter of the year..
you have to be something special on a top team to get the awards..
i hope over time it doesnt water down with more stuff

Re: SVC HONORS
congrats to all but must agree with sherman pride:
how can kid who plays QB, in games 6 & 7 be held scoreless while other 2 teams combine for > 100 points; finally get replaced as QB in games 8 & 9; and not even play in game 10, (due to injury) and still make 1st team?
I agree with others, looks like Uncle Curt put his nephew in. Is that fair? And don't the other kids on the team deserve better? Like maybe so 4 years starting seniors?
What will happen at unioto next ?
