As a VC fan, I doubt I'll ever see this woodshed you speak of. I have certainly never seen it in the past.
Well Bulldog if you would have been in McAthur on december 9, 2011 you would've seen VC's woodshed! It's called domination!
GO VIKES

I did in fact check out the VC woodshed ... It's very nice, roomy and looked to be painted with a nice touch of purple ... I was even welcomed by McArthur's finest, Mr. Hale, Combs and Knox a few days before the game and they warned me of this so called woodshed ... But I did fact survive both trips, and although the Dogs left with a slight limp, they have since healed (won three straight) and will be ready to roll in the rematch in January.

Thx ...

Now if I can just get Hawkeye to post the VC leading scorers - I'll have all the info from Friday's games.

He's on vacation.........

Ryan Chesser had 15 points and 10 rebounds
Bryce Owings had 14 points and 7 rebounds
Jordan Kidd had 12 points
L.B. Remy had 12 points

Bulldog, I don't think the room was purple...it was maroon, and there was certainly no discussion of a woodshed. 8)

This TVC Ohio season is still pretty young as VC still has to play on the road, in the McAfee, at your beloved Bulldogs.....at Wellston, Alex, & Meigs.

As I stated prior to this game, if Wellston does not improve on their numerous turnover, they would get beat by double digets. Their numerous turnovers did not improve and the only reason they did not got beat by double digets was that Courts hit a 3 pointer on the last shot of the game. Turnovers is killing this team. One possitive thing I did noticed was Brant Derrow on the coaching staff for Wellston last night. I think Brant should have been part of this coaching staff at the beginning of the season. I believe Brant has a lot to offer this team. Just my opinion.

Agreed about the young Derrow. It was good to see him over there. I think he will be the next head coach one day. As for the game wellston came out flat and lazy it seemed in the first half with courts carrying them. I liked a few things I saw in the 2nd half from them and they didn't stop playing. This team can win some games just have to take care of the ball better. Nice game by Ousley in the 2nd half also.
