I was not able to go and the only stats I got solid numbers on over the phone were Jake's. He had 12pts, 11rebs, and 5blks. The scoring has been spread pretty evenly in both games. We have had about 6 guys stay around the 10pt mark. I also heard Trent, Josh Chandler, and Tyler Porter played really well in this one but im not sure on any specifics stat wise.

If west union is worse than northwest, Peebles may hang a hundred...

................and that my friends, is the ugly truth!

Haven't seen WU this season and am not sure whether they'll be worse than NW however, this should be a similar game. Scoring was spread pretty evenly. Chandler had a good game and took advantage of the slower bigs that NW had inside. Big problem with NW height is that they are slow and can't do much with the ball. They don't play very good defense either.

Porter played quite well in the NW game, which added to my theory of Peebles being a complete "team".

Expecting the Indians to run away with this one early. 100 might be a realistic possibility.

Don't underestimate their j.v., but as far as the varsity Peebles by 40+.

West union won the jv game 57-47 in OT. WU will have a pretty good team in a couple years. Freshman Tyler Sininger led West Union with 19pts followed by Tim Snider with 14. Sininger will be one of this league's best players his senior year. Peebles was led by Tyler Gray with 12pts followed by freshman Eric Schmitz with 11.

We got contributions from everyone tonight. I think Huntley led West Union with around 11pts.

I thought Coach Arey and his team displayed good sportsmanship in their victory.
I also congratulate the Dragons on their effort, they continued to play hard to the end.
Thank you to both JV teams for providing a very exciting game to watch.
