Vinton comes off a big win with Athens...what are your thoughts on this game?

I think Vinton County by far has the best coach in the T.V.C. and I see them winning the the hole thing once again. Go Vikes

If it's a fast paced game...N-Y will prevail. They are 10 deep and very athletic and if they bring their "A" game, they can beat anyone in southeastern Ohio.

Maybe it was an off night, but they lost to Amanda, who hasn't had a winning season since Nixon was in office. Seriously, Amanda hasn't won more than 7 games in the past 7 years.

I'll take VC by 13

Have to disagree with you on this one. NY has the best coach, and he has fought through unimaginable difficulties over the last several years the likes of which any other coach in the league, or state for that matter, would have been crushed. Now that the supposed powers that be have realized he has as much pull as the football coach, and they cannot keep him from having the job, he can coach without looking over his shoulder. So look out TVC, cause we expect to win the thing.

Key early season game. Vinton is favored, but NY does have players thar could give VC fits.

Any updates?? Was not able to get to Nelsonville this evening due to being in Chillicothe with my youngest son at the Orthodontist.

Like I said V.C. has the best coach and the best team in the T.V.C. bring it home coach.

Did the three home town boys call this game or what? I think everyone was expecting a blowout.

Not sure who called the game. VC is talented and is a well coached team but I was not expecting a blowout. NY has some good players in Kline and Cox and should win a their share of games this year.
