Club tryouts at South Webster

LOSO will holding tryouts at South Webster HS on Sunday November 23rd. Will post the times when I know for sure. They will be having tryouts for 12u, 14u, 16u and 18u. For more information contact Darcee Claxon 778-4110.

What are the commitments? What days are the practices and times? We live in south point and are deciding between driving to Huntington or possibly South Webster. Congrats on a great season at both South Webster and Burg.

Don't know for sure if they have the practice days set yet, but last year it was Sundays and one day thru the week. Weekday practices were usually later in the evening so not to interfere with softball or track practice. I think once the teams are chosen they will work with the players and coaches to see what works for them.

Tryouts are Sunday November 23rd at South Webster HS.

12u-14u, 1:00-2:30pm
15u-18u, 3:00-4:30pm

can the high schoolers play club and another sport at the same time?

Yes, the kids can participate in a spring sport and play club volleyball as long as the coach doesn't object.
