You are correct. There are kids from Southern on here bragging about having 5 or 6 names. When they get gonged, they come back on with a different name and state that they got removed and just registered with another name. I am sure other people are doing it too, but those kids get on here and brag about it, and get away with it. Oh well, I say just ignore their posts. It is usually pretty obvious when someone is imitating others.

The kids at SHS should not be lifting weights. It messes up yer shot. they should be doing pylometrics two weeks before the season starts.

trimble basketball players lift and they shot pretty good v/s your tomatoes.

for once you are right coach k.....dreamteamer is simply trying to use the age old excuse given by the basketball players....lifting will not affect the shot as long as you keep shooting the ball throughout the time you lift....maybe shoot two or three times a week over the summer just to keep your form while lifting hard.

Makes sense to me. As long as you kept shooting, the muscle memory would still be there. But does this really matter anyway, since hardly any of the basketball players play football?

Basketball players should not lift, or play football. Back in our day we went to the finals with a bunch of guys that didn't lift weights or want to play football. Thats just how I see it.
