WHICH OHIO DIVISION IS HARDEST TO WIN STATE IN.
I'VE THROUGH THE YEARS HEARD MANY EXPERTS SAY THAT THEY ARE PRETTY MUCH IN AGREEMENT THAT DIVISION 4 IS THE HARDEST TO TAKE. WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS AND WHY.

D-4 has been since the teams have jumped around last.
Before the last jump it was D-3.
I heard Steubenville goes back to 3 next season. If Watterson and Desales drop back down D-3 will be the hardest next season.
St. Henry and Marion Local will drop to six next season according to what I have read.
Coldwater moves to five.

How can a team jump from D-VI to D-IV and then back down to D-VI? I could see maybe to D-V but two divisions at a time?

COLDWATER IS DROPPING TO 5. YOU MAY AS WELL JUST START WRITING COLDWATER ON THE TROPHIES. UNLESS MY FIGHTING TIGERS DROP TO 5 ANYTIME SOON.

No. I am watching at home. Being laid off is the biggest reason why along with ticket price going up, gas still high and Newark Catholic not making it are the other reasons. You're Tiger Bait wrote:NCF, ARE YOU AT THE STATE GAMES THIS YEAR.

I just don't see Steub. or Alter beating The Elders or other D-1 Champs most years. Have you been there? Heckuva size (build-not weight) difference and speed too sometimes. Esp. when it comes to depth. The smaller teams would eventually tire unless they were having an unusually stacked year.
Please don't jump my SXT because I finally have a different opinion than yours. That's just mine.

I believe they mean D4 is the most competitive. I agree, their are more quality teams in D4 and D5 than the other divisions. The pool is bigger.

I believe they mean competition-wise...St. Ignatius has 10 State Titles winning like 4-5 straight at one time...doesnt sound competitive to me
