Minford @ Valley 12/9
Thoughts?? Some good match ups between Dwyer and McCray and. McBee and Yates .. Valley impressed me against Ironton a game they could have won..

I know it's early in the season and also having come off that GREAT EXTENDED FOOTBALL season, After watching the Ironton game, I'm just wondering if Valley can finish a game ? This Valley BB squad doesn't look as impressive as last years team.....and it's not the coaching. IMO!! Minford takes control of this game late in the 3rd quarter and doesn't look back..... MHS by 10

I think Valley gets over this little skid on Friday night with a convincing win. I also think it's time we put any football related excuses away at this point because we are too athletic and too experienced to let that hinder us. It's time for the boys to just go out and win and I think they will.

I agree totally with the natural. Regardless of the late start due to football, the Indians have to much talent to accept being "close" and losing games....even Ironton!TheNatural wrote:I think Valley gets over this little skid on Friday night with a convincing win. Big game for the Falcons. It's time to see just how good they are. Previews they looked very good. If they execute well and hit shots, they will win this game. If they turn the ball over a bunch, things get tough. Foul shooting will be important in this one, I'm sure Coach Shoemaker has been stressing that this week in practice.

I would like to see Valley keep their foot on the accelerator until Minford gives up and keep going until the final whistle blows, they have the athletes and the talent to do so… Valley by 20

Minford can compete with Valley.. Valley coming off to tough losses will be fired up.. If Minford can stay focused and composed they could pull off the upset here,, .. Minford takes it in OT..

Minford barely got by Clay 48-41 with one man in double figures. Next closest scorer had 6. They depend toooo much on that ONE man to score and that won't beat Valley. They have two potential scorers down low but pass off instead of shooting which results in turnovers. If they can get the big men in double figures they can win some games.

Minford had nothing on the football field that could stay with Valley and they wont be able to handle the length and quickness in the backcourt tonight either ...Mcbee might get a few off but not enough ......Valley is not happy with themselves and will take it out on the Falcons....theres no love lost in these two teams.....
