Yes, like the one about SG's coach taking the job at GA. As we all know that did not happen.

This years team will be much more athletic than the teams for the past two years. I know the Defense will be there but the question is how well will we be able to move the ball?

This years team in my eyes will probably be the best you see until the 2011 season and may be better than that. This Sophomore class coming in has some horses but not many athletes to go with them. You add those with this Senior class athletes and it could be a good year in Mercerville for the Rebels.

If these guys work hard over the summer, which I am sure they will with Burleson, it could make the season even better. This team could remind you alot of the 06 team if they get a little faster and swarm to the ball on D like that team did and stick people.

Im not gonna make any predictions, but I think it can be a good season at SG this year.

If all falls in place,I look for the Rebels to have a good season.

Jeff Combs has been living in the weight room. He has gottin a lot bigger and stronger. He should be a good player for next years team.

Im not sure. But I know he is only 135 lb. and can bench 200, squat 300, and deadlift 370. Thats pretty impressive.

Does lifting weights make a person a football player? NO! But it can sure help make an average player a better one and an above average player exceptional.

Apparently, someone does not understand the game of football. If speed was the only aspect that matter, all of the Olympic sprinters would be playing in the NFL.

I hope south gallia goes to the playoffs next year with a bunch of gallia rejects. That way they will feel the power of the TOMCATS and wish they were back in the seoal playing lesser tallent.

4-ever !!! Give me a break!!! SG has a chance for a playoff run !!! If some comes south so be it.And about "SP" ,I can say 1 thing about the man he is fair,But my question? if I Would say GA . MY post would come up missing    But the way SG looks good on paper, so imo a playoff run is not out of question. 8)
