I lost 70 lbs in 4 months. I lost all of that by very strictly eating breakfast (big part, gets your metabolism going for the day) eating a lunch and a dinner (of course), cut out the pop and drank stuff with slim to no calories in it, I never ate 6 hours before i went to bed (though 5 days out of the week it ended up being

and i exercised for at least 1/2 an hour every day. I made it a point to lose weight so most days i did about an hour. I didnt kill myself and go out sprinting everyday, most days i simply got bored and would take an hour walk. Once you see yourself losing weight you get addicted to how you start to look and you'll find yourself taking a couple walks a day. Dont give up. Good luck to everyone in your weight loss!
