The last time I lost that much I'd been there... only 1.4lbs to hit the 20lb mark hopefully it'll be this coming week it will mark my 2nd month with WW!! I am excited!!! My hubby says Patience Patience Patience!!! SHHHHH nobody tell him but he is right....

Yeah you!! I'm gonna have to pay a visit to Cardo's! :) The 20 lb mark is a big milestone, good luck! When I started, I wanted to measure my success in 'gallons of milk'. A gallon of milk weighs around 8 lbs. You have lost 2+! Think about lifting that and that you had that on you...great job!

Never thought about that but I will from now on! I climbed some steps this week the first ones for a while and when I got to the top I wasn't huffing and puffing like I was 2 months ago!! I celebrated a little when I got to the top!
Thanks to all my friends who are cheering me and coaching me! I really feel grateful to have such great friends!!!

I stayed the same and officially started my 'maintenance' portion of WW's. Six weeks of this and controlling my weight and I am a lifetime member! Woo hoo!

Thank you l-n-b! 22 months in the making, at least I've had time to develop some good eating habits to help me on this trek!

Great job by you, it seems you are working the program perfectly! Keep it up!

I have lost 30 pounds since november but divorce will do that for you. I would really like to put on about 20 pounds so I don't look so skinny and my clothes will fit.

Orange and Brown, I've most definately heard that called the 'divorce diet'. Not a good way to lose weight whether you want to or not. Good luck on putting the weight back on and getting your life back to a new normal. God bless!

ncf: So many times during my weight loss journey I would guage success on the fit of clothes, etc. The first time I could cross my legs without one falling off the other one, I let the whole house know it! I also kept track and still do of my BMI. I still have a little to go on that, but, have gone down over 13 points. Best wishes on gettin' in those britches that are in your sight!

Yeah for the fellas! Here's to belt tightening and old pants fitting that didn't!

That's 4 gallons of milk tc, lots of extra weight to not be carrying around now!
