Any info or news on the upcoming golf season for the Warriors?

If Fivecoait manages to avoid getting concussions (he's giving them out right now),

the team will be good.

no jordan coffman, though. he's decided to play football instead of competitive golf.
warriors shouldnt miss a beat though, with five good golfers in fivecoait, lang, thompson, barrows, and zoller. someone can be a sixth man, probably senior-to-be mcpherson.

who was the player that advanced to Regionals last year? I never did hear.

the aforementioned coffman kid, who advanced to districts, not regionals.

he clinched the sectional for warren in '07, too.

Why the change of sports then? He seemed to play a big part on the team.

Regardless, I agree with you. I have seen the players out at Oxbow a considerbale amount of time this summer and they all seem to have talent. I actually played behind the Thompson boy and he has a very nice swing, should be a great player very soon.

Levi puts a lot of work into his game, from what I've observed.
He doesn't stop playing as soon as the weather is bearable to golf in.

well, i dont know anything about golf, or even our golf team, but the golfers have been in the weight room with the football players the past few days pumpin some iron (not the clubs, though about the same weight).

You can't count out the incoming freshman...hear there are 4 (2 from Little Warren and 2 from Barlow) 8th graders that shoot in the low 80's consistently.
