Fast paced game. Could go either way, but southern has the displine to not just heave shots in a close game...Southern Pulls this one out by single digits!

Wonder what happened with the first thread on this topic. If Harris is having even a remotely decent game and they can open up the perimeter by feeding it into Brauer and Coppick, Southern should pull this one off.

No wonder our athletics are in the crapper when we get all excited about game against a bunch of rutters. Where are the Wyndham Bombers when we really need them?

Dont reply to chucky taylor he obviously doesnt know anything about sports. I mean really he cant see the importance of this game. This game has huge TVC implications. Will be a great one!

Its only important if Trimble wins. Southern has NEVER won the TVC and will find a way to choke this year too.

Never winning the TVC has just given our guys the determination to make sure it happens this year. They have already beat eastern and fed...so it is looking like this will be the year. The game friday and the games against waterford will show u that!

I think what chuckie t is saying is that this game really means very little when compared to the accomplishments of the 82 team. Sure, for this years team it might be a big win, but they have never known the feel of a real BIG game. Once they reach that state championship game, if they ever do, they will know what it feels like to be in a real big game.
