I too think the baseball field field looks great.
I'm confused is this the "free baseball field" that Diana Bowman didn't want because under the "Steve Anderson Plan" it cause an unfair balance of stuff?

Oucho, you and I both know that Conroy is not coming back to Jackson. I did hear over the weekend from a pretty reliable source that if Andy Hall is hired as the head coach his dad will be stepping down at East and coming with him. My source tells me that they are two very hard working and passionate people. Larry is a retired teacher who only coaches and is an excellent defensive coach. What a great two for one deal for the Ironman program. I hope it plays out.

YEP! I have people in the know and closely related to the inside and the new head coach will be HALL.........can't wait until football season! I am with whoever posted about the dad too. Lets hope beyond hopes that miracles still happen and get BOTH of them here!!

If Andy is indeed the guy, Just hope whatever happens if true Larry goes he steps down early enough for East to find a replacement. But I hope he doesnt leave.

I think you will be pleased. The offense will most surely take on a new look.

It is amazing how tight lip this was.
I heard about the hire over the weekend at the Walmart in Portsmouth. It amazes me how things can get out so quickly and also amazing people can't keep their mouth shut. LOL!!

OH MY!! the parking fees will have to go up! we're on a tight budget you know. Maybe we could talk to Pete Webber and see if he would volunteer to coach. The fieldhouse could be converted pretty easily. I wonder, does the SOC/TVC have bowling?? I bet not, they would probably have to declare a true conference champion, something there not use to. Well, maybe it will all work out.

Re: The Official "Who's Next at Jackson Thread"
You guys laugh about the parking issue, but a public school charging a parking fee on top of admission is ridiculous. Jackson is charging parents a hefty amount just to watch their own kids play. If you have to do this to help pay for facilities, maybe the facilities should not have been built the way they were.
