i think the only one qualified to answer that question has. meigs does have holes to fill in the line but there is a good ctop comming ( both crows, nutter ect.) but unless something terrible happens jake well is the qb and jeremy smith is the feature back. did i miss something or where they great?

Jeremy Smith will be the QB this season. We are running all wildcat offense. Jacob wasn't even good enough to be OVP first team at QB so I guess we will just bench him...

But seriously how in the world could he not be first team QB?! And how was Jeremy Smith not OFF- MVP?!

jeremy was beaten out by a kid from point. he was excellent and he was given the edge because it was decided that all things being equal point played a better schedule.
jacob was beaten out because river valley's qb was the best athlete on their team. he was a dandy.

RV's QB may have been the best on the team..but his stats dont even come close to being in the same conversation with Jacob Well

Jacob Well had 1900 yards and 26 tds....compared to RV's 1200 yards and 9 tds

that is not what i meant. they wanted to have someone from every team. it just so happens river valley's someone was their qb. it was either take oh say 6-7 from meigs and no one from rv or 5-6 from meigs and 1 from rv. jacob will have next year. that is a pretty sure thing.

the wasonga kid from point is overated u give j smith abut 4 carries compared to 20 he would average about 300 rushing and 6 tds a games

Wasonga flat out can play and IMO has D1 talent and is only a soph.J. Smith is a good back and had somethiing Wasonga did not have going for him................. a good passing game.Wasonga on a Meigs team would have had better numbers because teams would not have been able to key only on him.

boyer will never be qb cause all he wants to do i roll out and run. he will probaley go out for running back( for JV though). but i believe that charlie barrett will be fullback, but it will be between him and detwiller. I look for cam bolin and caleb davis have good year. and probaley j. well or j. smith mvp of league next year. Make it back playoff guys!
