Well at least I'm awake at present - that's a "plus" right there - If Jason says it, I'll be sure to put it down in bold for you! I do intend to start a different thread from this one for UPDATES on this game just because if I start the thread, I have the ability to edit the final score into the subject line so it's plainly visible to all.

Hey biggdowgg, it's a 60 degree December evening and probably the last day of school before Christmas break - with any luck, they never even turned the heat ON there today since it's no longer connected the high school - or at least have it shut down now! I well remember how hot that building can get!

chilli scheduling is whacked.......playing only 1 game to some teams 4-6 will hurt the cavs. they always start out the season slow. defensive wise, the cavs looked good in their only game. offensive wise, not impressive at all....they will get better, so i think they are fair game the 5-6 games this year.by the end of the season, i think this team will go a long way. this is one of the few games i miss this year, due to the flu, so im stuck with the radio. i hope im wrong, but i see the cavs falling by 10.....and winning by 15+ next time around....

No game at all on air at 7:43. The WIRO radio broadcast with Jason and Kevin is my only access and source of information for Ironton games.
Oh my goodness - at 7:50 PM the pre-game show just came on WIRO.
They said they were running late because there were 2 previous games played tonight, and Chilli was late in arriving in here in Ironton in the first place.
Pre-game [previously recorded] on at present - still not much current info being discussed.

I will be going to Waverly to watch an old teammate coach against Oak Hill. For some reason I just like the Cavs to continue their winning ways. Best of luck to the tigers but hopefully the Cavs prevail.

You are correct sir. I thought the Waverly Tigers would put up a better fight. Oak Hill is Solid, Norm has put together a nice ball club. They will do extremely well this season. Hopefully represent the Southeast and bring home a D-4 state title. I will check out Ironton sometime soon sounds like they too have put together a great team.
