WOW! Big day in the SHL. The Red-Hot Eastern Warriors beat Ripley for their 7th straight win, after starting the year 1-4. Ripley has lost consecutive games for the first time all year, and fall to 2nd in Division 2. Ripley and Eastern are also tied for the 2nd best overall SHL record.

After Fairfield took down county rival Whiteoak for the second time this year, they share first place with Manchester. Peebles still holds the lead in Division 1, with EB and North Adams ready to pounce on the Indians' first misstep.

Jchitwood doing a great job as always with the SHL stuff this season...you may want to check your overall record for Manchester, though. I believe they are 8-4 with only losses coming to Whiteoak, Ripley, and Peebles twice

Thanks Norman. Sometimes I add a loss, forget something, then go back and add it twice. I usually check myself against the Highland County Press but you caught me napping.

Big night tonight, as Ripley regains the top spot after Manchester takes an unexpected tumble against Lynchbirg-Clay. Peebles overcomes Whiteoak's homecoming, Fayetteville falls to Fairfield despite a 34-point 4th quarter, and eastern Brown wins their ninth straight against the Dragons.

Big games tomorrow night, Manchester at Eastern Brown, Lynchburg-Clay at Peebles.

West Union might have a chance to get in the win column tonight. Fayetteville is the favorite but this is West Union's best shot at pulling one out the rest of the season.
