D3 Southeast District
Can someone give me a breakdown of all the teams in the district? Who is in what sectional? How does it work at Districts? What 3 teams are the favorites for regionals? I am confused and the southeast district only has last seasons.
Re: D3 Southeast District
Here are youre sectional teams and where they go,Just scroll down to Division 3!As far as favorites I would say North Adams,Wheelersburg,Ironton and Chesapeake with youre sleepers being Fairland,South Point and Portsmouth!Just my humble opinion though!I think the best 2 teams I have seen are Chesapeake and North Adams!

Yeah but that is last years.I know this year there is 3 teams coming out to regionals and last year there was only 2.Does that mean 3 sectionals or what?

I have not looked at this year's set up but three teams to regionals would mean three districts and 12 sectionals.
Also, I would list Portsmouth as a favorite and not a sleeper. This year, Wheelersburg is more appropriate as a sleeper role as they were not expected to be a contender for top spots.

Re: D3 Southeast District
The Southeast Girls in D III will send (3) teams to the Regionals, Boys will send (2) which is Region 11. District winners from Athens 1, Athens 2, Columbus 2, and New Philadelphia. The Southwest Div. III Boys will send (3) teams to the Regionals which is Region 12. District winners from Columbus 1, Dayton 1, 2, 3.
Sectionals for Div.III Boys in the Southeast District will be the exact same format as last year.

Re: D3 Southeast District
There is no team from Columbus coming to the convo this year.So it will be 3 district champs from the southeast.

Re: D3 Southeast District
So it can not be the same as last year.We would not have this problem if the southeastern district updated the page like everyone else.

Re: D3 Southeast District
I know in the southeast you vote on the rankings and your auto locked to play a certain by your rank.In the eastern district you rank the teams then you get to slot yourself and pick who you want to play.In the east it helps the middle rank teams because you can avoid certain teams that have already beat you.In the southeast you might be the 8th best team out of 16 but no matter what in the 2nd round you are playing a top seed.

The Clay referenced is most likely Lynchburg Clay. Their record is 0-4 as far as I can track.
