Status Check: Trimble Football 09

There has been a lot of talk about this program of late. People talk about you a lot when you are good. I am wondering how the offseason is going. With Trimble adding soccer, does Phil have to worry about losing kids? How is the weightroom going? I know I am setting us up for some of the typical trash talk but as Jerry Jones says any publicity is good publicity. Personally, I have enjoyed reading mt11's posts about how he thinks southern can be a factor. Thats laughable!

Well, time for me to get back out to my horses. The barn needs cleaned again. I do like having one of koondoggers huntin dogs that eats his own poop. I just wish he could teach that trick to my mares.

as my dad says, preparing for trimble to close for 40 years they have. happened it hasn't. close the school system they wont. funny jedi is. unique he is not.

I dont see the Rutters losing their school. Of course no one thought Chauncey Dover would lose their school either. Wahtever happened to that Bobo guy? Did he make it to the pros?

coach ozz is a good coach but phil is the head coach and will be for a long time. i don't think ozz did the whole thing by himself last year there are several good coaches on the staff.

So I say to you know your facts about Trimble Football before you run your jib. Hey fake gecko get a life before the real gecko hunts you down. COACH OZBURN IS OFFICLE,CORRECT. I MAY NOT OF QUOTED HIM WORD FOR WORD BUT HE DID TELL THAT TAIL AT A GAME.

Listen maybe I am not the right guy to comment, (because I have nothing to do with the Trimble football program) but I had the chance to coach with Christman and I was very impressed with what he brought to the table.

I think his record pretty much speaks for itself. He took Eastern to the playoffs (for the only time in school history), he was an assistant at Trimble when they beat N-Y 3 out of 4 years (the ONLY time that has happened in school history), and then he was an assistant at N-Y this year when the Buckeyes beat the Cats in a game that was suppose to be a toss-up (some even thought the Cats were favored).

I am not saying that Coach Christman is THE ONLY reason these things have happened, but I don't think you can claim that your program was diminished BECAUSE of him

I think Coach Christman is a knowledgable asset to any program he is attached to.

Just my 2 cents....... But the facts and numbers seem to bear this out.
