I was at the game and let me tell you exactly what happened. Valley outplayed Oak Hill. The tempo favored the Indians from the get go. Once Oak Hill got in foul trouble their bench looked very shaky to me. They had a sinilar start earlier in the season when they got behind a less talented South Webster team. They had enough manpower to come back in that particular game, but I really thought the coaching staff struggled in that game. In this game the Oak Hill coaches face kept getting redder and redder and the players from Oak Hill seemed to try to hard once they got behind. The Oak Hill coach blamed the refs the entire game instead of coaching his kids and the Oak Hill kids seemed to follow his lead and blame the officials. Seemed like a great game plan by the Indians.
The Indians are a very good team but once again I believe we saw that the Oaks lose another game they probably shouldnt. They have won alot of games over the last couple of seasons but most of the time if the other team has close to the same amount of talent they struggle. They do not win big games, and I'm not even sure if this was supposed to be a big game. I'm sure the Oaks will bounce back and win alot of games because they have good players. I do not see them making a tourney run like they should because the Oak Hill coach doesnt keep the players under control very well when they get behind. If they do not win the SOC this season it would be a major upset, but by the looks of things they could struggle to win it. Just my observation.
Valley upsets Oak Hill 65-55!

Thank God it is just your observation. Get a grip buddy. Norm always has control. Oak Hill is just fine. They will win the SOC and will make a tournament run. I think Oak Hill beat a great Harvest Prep team last year in a BIG game. The Oaks will only get better and better. Lesson Learned!!!!

Say what you want - but if they do not win the league again with the all the talent they have had the last three seasons that should be unacceptable - and then you will need to observe and learn your lesson. Lets watch this situation play itself out. In sports history repeats iitself, and you kinda know the oaks history the last few seasons in the league - lose one they shouldnt and not win the big game. - Just my observation.
