I think being at home will decide this one and ND wins 57-55.

I think the guard play for clay will be to much for notre dame to handle...TJ mershon is to quick for aaron noel and if they play to the drive he will kick it out to valentine, puckett, bussler and maybe crapyou. I look for Mershon to have a BIG game.

I believe Notre Dame's guards are pretty good and quick. They did beat East and East has some quick guards. How did C lay do against East?

I'll take ND by 8 points at home.

Eaglesnest...when clay played east Puckett didnt play that much...it was also crapyous first game back. Valentine got in foul trouble early and that took him out of the game. I think Puckett and Valentine have a big game.

After watching both teams play a common opponent, I will go with the Panthers in a close one. 'Bout 5 points.

I blame the East lost strictly on the coach. Valentine and Crapyou had two fouls each near the end of the first but had scored 9 of the 16 points and both set out all the second quarter. Starting 5 was pulled after shot was made in wrong basket and 25 pt lead was given to East.

Puckett has had great first halfs last two games scoring 12 and 11 but then tries to do too much. I look for him to have a 20 point + game soon if he takes his open shots and quits trying to drive into heavy traffic. It gets him pulled out everytime. He has the highest shot percentage on 2's and 3's.

I look for clay to put 5 players in double figures and go to 3 - 1 in SOC play.

Ignert1,Is there anything this season you have'nt blamed on the coach?I've read alot of your posts on Clay and you would think you guys have the worst coach in Southern Ohio.I don't know the man but it seems like he has the resume to coach High School BBall but maybe I'm wrong you see him coach more than me....but my goodness give this guy a chance, your what 5 games into the season, not alot of time to get things figured out. Also about the 5 guys in double figures against Notre Dame,I hope you were joking, thats a pretty big task.

I definitely understand your frustration about last season as we were 4-17 here at Eastern, and I had 2nd thoughts about our coach and he has this team now playing hard, and very competetive against more talented teams,So I'm glad I bit my lip instead of giving him down the road.Good luck the rest of the season(except against the Eagles of course :122249 )By the way,Have you heard a make-up date on our game thatwas postponed a couple weeks ago?

if clay plays hard and smart like they did against green then theyll win this 1 on the road. but like i say they gotta come 2 play.i predict mershon 2 have a big game and puckett 2 keep scoring(hopefully he can put up a few n the second half this time) valentine needs 2 have a strong game 2 and the rest of the time needs 2 pt in good minutes when theyre in. hopefully the graham kid is ok n can play fri. i got clay by 8 n this contest. GOOD LUCK PANTHERS!!

Jumpman...word is grahm is ok to play friday. I would expect puckett to score in the 2cd half. Clay will come out ready to go against Notre Dame. 20 point victory for Clay...

This would be a good win for Clay, Notre Dame is coached by Rick Hopkins and Kurt McGraw. Preparation is the key for this game. The Titans are not as physical as Clay (except for Glockner , and the #2 kid) but #3 will light you up from three-land. Fewer turnovers and smarter shot selection against a well coached team should put the Panthers in a great opportunity to win.
