No, a Boy moved in from the Burg. He was a QB there.

Do you think Coach Daniels would consider a transfer who was 3rd string at Burg would be a better alternative than a senior who already knows the system?

That would add another athlete and should help Minford this coming season.

I never stated he would take Howards place!
Stapelton and Clark are both back at Minford.

Sounds like its gonna be a really competitive spring/summer for the falcons at the QB position, either way, all three players I feel can be put on the field to be successful, they are all athletes. Who will be taking the snaps for the falcons? Coach Daniels and Co. will have to answer that question. Best of luck, except when you play the siders ofcourse!

WOW, its been 1 month since anyone posted about the upcoming Falcons season. Must be the best kept secrets on how things are looking. There is a scrimmage tonight against Fairland @ 7:00 and the season begins 1 week from today! Anybody know the strengths and weaknesses for this years team?
I believe there is a lot of unknown faces and who is starting at what position after coming off a 4-6 season. I believe the whole SOC 2 is in the same situation. No one appears loaded to dominate.

I think you are right. Valley, West, and Burg will also be in a similar situation. Waverly and Minford are the only 2 in the SOCII with returning QBs still on their rosters.

I dont think anyone has a clue. I'm sure we will have a better idea after week 1 (maybe not a definite idea, but better idea than we have now.) I'm sure it will be another exciting year of SOC 2 football, it always is. And I for one cannot wait.

They looked good against South Point but that isnt a great measuring stick. During their Red and White scrimmage last weekend they looked good, but it is hard to tell exactly how the offense and defense plays together when you split the players up evenly to scrimmage.

Tonight's scrimmage against Fairland should be a better look on how the offense and defense is coming together.
