Lifting at 11:45 at Sawmill Road in Columbus, then late lunch with my Sister's boyfriend followed by a baseball draft at 6pm.

weight lifted and exercised and didn't even have to leave the house
running back and forth to the garage while the hubby works on his trucks to get ready to go back to work....
then went and walked a half mile this morning
