Heading to the gym for my sixth workout of the week.

laundry and then took a trip to Parkersburg/Vienna area to Sams Club and Ryans for lunch...spent the whole day with my hubby while the children stayed home he heads back to the woods tomorrow... after being home since the end of November and pray the chip market stays half way descent since the log market is crashing
