Ill take southern at home. No they cant stop cunningham but he cant beat the whole team. He may have 20-30 pts but thats not going to win the game. Southern by 5!

Now, Southern should squelch the doubters now. They played very well, WaterFord seemed flat, or maybe they're not as good as everyone says/thinks. They're a good team, don't get me wrong, but never really seemed in the game till Southern seemed to lay down in the 4th qtr. It wasn't even close till into the 4th qtr., Waterford picked up the pace. I think that Southern got overconfident.

Another thing, before the Waterford crowd starts crying "homer", those refs were from Ironton, and between 2 of them combined 60 some years experience. I say a few bad calls both ways.

Overall, I think both teams got a fair shake.

Cunningham only had 13. Southern doesnt really have to much height. But they do have muscle which DJ lacks. Southern is very fundamentally sound when I have watched them this year.I look for them to roll the rest of the way through the TVC. All I can say is I hope Tubby didnt come down there to scout.

the only thing I know is that Southern and Waterford are tied for 1st in the hocking with one loss. Should be something like 5-1 in the hocking and then I believe Trimble is sitting at 2nd with a 4-2 record. I very well could be wrong, so if so, some one correct me.
