Not a TVC hater. If you'd bother to look at "week 2 pick'ems" you'll see that 90% of the other people also picked Minford to win. Hmmm, and who was it that knocked N-Y out in the first round last year. You guys in Nelsonville need to get a life. Yeah, yeah I know. Everyone in Nelsonville knows more about football than anyone else in the state apparently. Actually IMO, I think the wrestling program there is better overall than the football program.

wrestling is a one on one sport...something you know NOTHING ABOUT..The diffrence is you seen it from the stands...
I played it on the field..When you were in the band...
Maybe when you quit hacking on kids for playing sports..for something you cant or able to do.Get over your self..GO TVC...And you started on the gallia tread also...

Congrats to Wellston. I said after watching the Wellston vs Jackson game last week that Wellston is a very good defensive team and they made the plays when it counted. It was a good defensive game, both teams made mistakes but Wellston outplayed Minford in the second half. I can see Wellston winning a solid 7-8 games this year. Good luck next week against Gallia Academy. That should be a dandy.

Nope, played football and wrestled throughout high school. Continue to play basketball and softball to this day along with a little coaching in various sports. Congrats to Wellston....they kept announcing the score at the Jackson game and I kept being surprised. Solis bounce back.

Congrats to the rockets. It was a great game to watch, and was very physical. I was very impressed by the way # 27 for Minford ran the ball in the first half, wellstons defense really played well. Good luck to the falcons and great job to the rockets..

Blocked punt led to wellstons first td....then in 4th the bobbled punt on minfords own 30..wellston played great minford played like bull puckey...congrats.to the rockets and good luck!

Wellston blocked a punt a punt for their first touchdown. Blocked by I believe Noah Massie. And the touchdown picked up by Josh jayjohn.. Late in the game Minford botched snap on a punt late in the game. Ernest brown also punted the ball very well for the rockets this evening. Great all around play by the rockets defense and special teams. Offense got going in the fourth. Played conservative at times. Second touchdown was a pass from prater to craig. Then Minford blocked the Extra point with 3:41 on the clock.
