I was talking to the Wellston Radio Station in the nest last night and it was agreed as I have said Minford and Wellston always plays a close game. I was very impressed of the speed of the Rockets defense last night. Wellston owned the second half. A few mistakes by the Falcons that will need to be addressed this week in practice in preparation for Piketon.

Wellston will be the best team that Minford has played this year. Minford's offense will struggle. It will go either way with the winner winning by a touchdown.

Way too many mistakes for the Falcons. They didn't seem to do much of anything well to be honest. All 3 phases showed serious issues at one time or another. There is plenty to learn from a game like this. Not to take anything away from Wellson, they are a good team that took advantage of Minford's mistakes, but when you let a team hang around for 4 quarters it comes back to bite you. I think this is a game the Falcons will look back on at the end of the year and wish they had made it happen when they had their chances, Wellston is a good team and will win some games that would've been great playoff points.
