Key losses, At Nelsonville by 4, at alex, at eastern, 4 against Vinton county. by 4 to Huntington

the cats can hold their own. their record is diseaving because they play a tough schedule. 2 wins vs D2 schools. and a 7-6 record.

Those two DIV II wins came with Guthrie on the team. As far as the recent Waterford win without Guthrie, your team is better to go with a smaller lineup so they can push the ball up court against Cunningham. Trimble probably would of lost to Waterford if Guthrie was on the team. Thats my opinion.

Trimble should be 5-6 seed depending on the next few games South Gallia would have a very poor record if they were in the T.V.C. Hocking division or if they would have played teams such as Trimble has the likes of Alexander ,Athens ,Morgan ,Vinton-county, Southern ,Waterford ,Nelsonville-york, Eastern, Fed-hock , Huntington other than Oak-Hill Trimble has played the toughest schedule in the Sectional with or without Guthrie sounds like to me Trimble is a team that is a pretty good 7-6 team would not want to play them in the tourney with all of their speed and pressure they put on the teams. They play a schedule that is very competitive unlike some teams that play teams to get wins and still have a losing record.

South Gallia plays what schedule that is laid out for them. Being an independent school makes it hard to schedule 20 games that are close. South Gallia plays Reedsville Eastern, Southern 2X, Rock Hill 2X, New Boston 2X, St. Joe 2X, East 2X, Symmes Valley, Buffalo, Wahama 2X, Crosslanes 2X, and Oak Hill. That is 18 games that they play and year end and year out aren't too bad. Its hard for them to schedule all 20 games because other teams are playing 12-14 league games. Whether you like it or not, South Gallia always comes out hustling. They have been known as a very scrappy team. A couple of years ago, they drew a mediocre seed and went on to beat a good Symmes Valley team and then a #1 seed in Trimble. Then they went to the district and lost by 12 points to a state semifinal team in South Webster. South Gallia truly can only play their teams on their schedule. Early in the season they lost to Southern(by 29 points), Symmes Valley(by 18 points), Eastern(by 12 points), and Rock Hill(By over 30 points). After getting a couple of key players back, South Gallia played Southern the second time and took them too the wire and actually had a chance to win the game. Then, they played Rock Hill and went into over time losing by only a couple. I think they would beat a Symmes Valley team now with all the players that returned. I just think South Gallia could be a very scary team come tourney time.

And you have the nerve to get on here and get down on Eastern Beaver for not beating anyone.Talk about not beating anyone....The best teams SG has played are Southern(drilled u guys),Trimble,East and Reedsville Eastern.What was you guys recors against these teams?East beat you guys by 20....So I hope these players you have got back since then are just plain awesome......if not you need to lay off making the weak schedule comments about other teams.Eastern Beaver plays 2 D2 schools,and 3 D3 schools on there schedule.Has South Gallia even played a team this year higher than D4?I am trying to come up with all SG's wins this year and I am only come up with 4?Who did they play last weekend?

Rock Hill is DIV II. I just was making a statement that South Gallia was drilled by these teams the first time and played them tough the second time. South Gallia lost to those teams early in the season and with their players returning are a different team. Good Luck to everyone.
