look at this and tell me irontons 8th grade is not the best
well i had a picture but it wouldnt let me put it on.but irontons 8 best players were on an aau team together two years ago and won division two nationals.the players were:zac carter-pg,dion brown-sg,trey fletcher-sf,nick culbertson-c,trevor white-pf,tanner schweickart-sf,josh glover-pf,and jaylen schweikart-pg.then last year the same team placed 13th in the nation.

At what age do they start limiting the # of kids from 1 school that can be on the same aau team?

I think they are one of the best 8th grade teams in this area. The first time I watched them play this year I couldn't believe just how good they were. They play every facit of the game exceptionally well. I would say they could play with just about any 8th grade team in the State.

Yes I agree this is one of the best teams around.
As for the question about the ohsaa rules. These boys are allowed to play together for 10 days between the months of June and July. This year they will not be able to go to aau nationals because it is during the 1st week in August. This is the craziest rule there is and we are the only state in the whole united states that has the 2 player rule. It puts our kids at a disadvantage. When we have to split our kids up to play aau it makes them have to play with other kids they aren't used to and then we play kids who are from other states that have been playing together for years, and play on their school teams together.
This rule needs to be changed!!!!!!!
BTW they came in 13th both years they went to Nationals. We won the state qualifier.
