Southern state wins the independent college tournament over the weekend. Beat eastgate community college 108-75 on Friday night and WVU-P Saturday in another battle 98-93. Finished 25-3 on the year. Very proud of our guys.
Thanks to coach Derry for having us out. Enjoyed our time in the area. Stayed in Athens last night and watched the action at the convo. Great weekend of basketball!!
