heard today Holbrook has a broken leg...and Bendolph will be out for a couple weeks?

I am not saying your wrong but the last I heard was that Holbrook had a deep shin bruise.

Hope that isn't true about Holbrook and if Bendolph just has an ankle sprain, should just maybe miss this game.


No. 23 is Kyle Horner who started all last year at CB, so putting him in there won't hurt. He has the experience of playing the position. Whitley came in last week and filled in just fine at the other CB spot. Broke up a pass and made some nice tackles

Both Holbrook and Bendolph have crutches but no co-adaptations (ie. no casts/splints). Bendolph was carrying his crutches rather than using them. Holbrook was using his crutches but looked like he could bear weight on the leg. Hopefully they will take care of themselves and get better fast!

Sorry yabba... Horner did not start at CB last season. He was the backup FS. Starting CB's were Holbrook and Jordan Schank.

Horner is not afraid of contact. Haven't seen him enough to determine how well he does in pass coverage. No problem with his run support that I can see.

As for Holbrook. Deep shin bruise was the report I heard last night as well.
