Posts: 47 Losses to Chesapeake & East just don't cut it. Oak Hill was far better than both those teams. Also Oak Hill should have never gotten blown out by Minford. They might have been better but not 40+ better.
Changes need to be made.

I think we were 40 points better and the score board showed it. Oak Hill with the exception of one kid was way to slow to compete with Minford.

I think Burg, Minford, and West are the early favorites, but just like what Valley is doing on the hardwood (surprising people) they did not graduate many and competed in every conference game except West. I wouldnt overlook them. Again, I'm just speaking on the conversation above about the favorites for the title...

Good Luck to the Falcons in the upcoming season!!

I think Chicken Coop is correct. Valley should be improved next year.

Minford returns all their skill players except J. Williams. They should be deep at every skilled position. Line has some holes to fill and they need to find a kicker too. Look for quickness over size for the O-line in 2009. Minford has high expectations for a great season. They will need to step up mentally to finally win the SOC II.

Actually, every offensive starter in the last two games returns except the center seth howard. I'd expect the Falcons to be stronger and bigger on offense and quicker and faster but smaller in the front 7 on defense. There are a lot of positions to fill there, but a lot of guys to compete for those positions.

They probably are doing their homework by candlelight. Almost all of Minford is without power due to the ice. And their indoor plumbing is probably froze solid too. Since you are so full of hot air you could probably get their pipes thawed for them.

What an idiot.
