Yep, save's time too. Where does Athens stand this year with all the other high scores you've seen, from other schools, since the mercy rule started? Not fair to them either or any team. But that's just my opinion. I just wonder if they even thought about that before they changed the rule. Probably not. :lol: :lol: :lol: :roll: :roll:

You might as well forget it trench, they are not going to start a mercy rule record when they are trying to keep the scores down to begin with, with rules like this clunker

The main reason for changing it was safety of players according to Ohio High School, then blow outs. You will see this in basketball within the next year or two also, as just about every State that has it in football has it in basketball.
