It's a variation of the Buckeye workout that we are doing. When I do chest at my brothers place, we don’t do as many exercises as I do when I lift at the gym.Philos_Finest wrote:NCF, are you doing a Buckeye Bench workout?
That looks like one, but at the end of a BB, their is a set of 4 about 50 pounds less than one rep.
