i maxed out on bench the other day and got 1RM of 245, ,, and i weigh 205 so i think thats pretty good, but i wnat 300 before the football season starts,, i will have prolly a squat max within the next week

squat max today..315 . i was dissappointed, i kno i can get more, didnt have the day i wanted too, but i had a bad day. so i kno i need to get to work on squat more.

Yesterday was a good bench day.

135 x 15
225 x 15
275 x 5
290 x 5

350 x 5

Plus my shoulder feels much better on flyes so I was doing the 70's for 4 sets of 10. Only bad thing is it still hurts some on incline so I didnt go real heavy I just did 6 sets of 12-15.

NCF, are you doing a Buckeye Bench workout?

That looks like one, but at the end of a BB, their is a set of 4 about 50 pounds less than one rep.

It's a variation of the Buckeye workout that we are doing. When I do chest at my brothers place, we don’t do as many exercises as I do when I lift at the gym.
