Your right very strange and miscues or breakdowns of communication or whatever occured became really bad really quick for the oaks I agree whatever it was it was very strange but give RV credit they nocked down a very big shot contested or not that was a big shot. It was great back fourth battle between the two teams it was a good game to watch.
Raiders now 3-2 overall
RVHS is 3-2 ovcerall...Lost 67-65 to South Point and 86-77 to Chesapeake. Defeated Meigs 63-61. Meigs eastern 75-69 and Oak Hill.

Congrats to the Raiders. Maybe this team is learning how to play with each other and can get some more wins like this in the season. Their loss to South Point should not of happened but thats the way it goes. Good luck neighbors the remainder of the season, except for when you visit Eastern!

Great job River Valley and congrats to Coach Layton. I am glad to see him take it to the Oaks. I guess it is kind of ironic Coach Layton use to coach at Jackson. I always thought he did a nice job when he was there. Oaks seems to be struggling took a last second tip in to beat Minford and now a loss.

I like what Coach Layton is doing in the Valley. But the valley, known as their tilt against Oak Hill, is too deep to crawl out of. Norm and the boys by about 12-15.
