True to that...
Southern has a former basketball player that didnt play this year leading the pep club... Southerns has gotten really good, glad to see the school spirit and coach caldwell was nice enough to let the pep club members borrow old jerseys from the 80's to wear to the games, you know, to kind of get the old school theme back... lol its always a good time at southern home games lol
hitchbone64 /Zanes-Vegas,
I don't know about this year...but last year I took my 8 year old son to watch the Chillicothe Unioto Shermans play on there home court at their New High School against the Londonderry Southeastern-Ross Panthers in a SVC match-up. Chillicothe had just defeated Jackson three nights prior and were not playing that night.
It was absolutley a registered nut house in there! I have never seen (home school fans) as wild as that.
Needless to say, Southeastern-Ross came back and won that game. We sat on the SE-Ross side and I didn't think we were going to make it out of there alive.
It was a great game to watch.
I hear that Chillicothe Huntington-Ross has a great FAN-Base too. I don't know though...do you Hitchbone64
One other GYM with a great home fan base is the cracker box 1940's GYM that Glenwood New Boston D6...D4 in B-Ball from the (SOC I) still plays on.
The noise factor is huge in that little GYM at New Boston.

I agree. Those boys, which are usually the whole boys team that Webster has, always have something up there sleeves- a new idea every game. I've enjoyed git-er-dun night and wrestling night the best so far. Who knows what's to come with those guys...but I do know it will be enjoyable.

The classic chant was "straight down 40" and "there's the exit", but the huddle ring and the sliding on the floor next to the team was hilarious vs. Nerk...@ Jackson the two student sections were having some fun back and forth. Actually, the kids on the bench was laughing at the two student body's. Come Jan 25th, it's going to be pretty intense!
