They are both very good players. But just for argument sake, who would win more games in the year or just this game which ever way u want to answer, take Cook off of SW an take Wiley off of NB?

this game if both didnt play i take south webster
but the whole season new boston probably ends up with a better record
the soc II is alot tougher than socI
south webster probably ends up around 14 -6 or so
can see them losing both games with oak hill, burg, and minford without cook and possibly 1 against valley or maybe both so 14-6 is generous without her
but you could probably make the same argument about cayton if she isnt @south webster how many do they win?
but almost all teams have a player they need in order to win games
against tough opponents
just for argument sake as you put it

That is still not a bad season 14-6 or 15-5 in a mainly DIII conference. I would take that every Year. The thing in my oppinion that separates the this group ( SW ) girl is the way they play defense TOUGH an in ur FACE  !! This will be a good ball game for the whole SOC conference!!! SOC I CHAMPS vs SOC II CHAMPS who wants it more!!!

Tigers and Jeeps

Post by a_c_m »

Very few are giving the Lady Tigers any chance at all.............

Tiger fans know the Lady Tigers are a team.
Tiger fans know Wiley is one of the best guards in Southern Ohio.
Tigers have a supporting cast.
Tigers have weapons.
Tigers have a presence inside.
Tigers can shoot the 3's.
Tigers can play defense.
Tigers have several good scorers.
Tigers will show up.
Tigers will play their heart out.
Go Tigers!

There is no loser in this game.
Both the Jeeps and Tigers are Champions!
Good Luck to both!

Would have to disagree. There will be a definite winner that is heading on to the sweet sixteen and there will be a loser that will be going home.

THe "Elite Eight" of the Div. IV Pickerington Region was set last night as Africentric advanced with a 90-20 win over Marion Catholic and Ridgedale edged Gahanna Christian 45-44. It is as follows:

Feb. 21 @ Jackson
New Boston vs. South Webster

Leesburg Fairfield vs. Waterford

Feb. 22 @ Westerville Central
Fisher Catholic vs. Harvest Prep

Ridgedale vs. Africentric

Feb 28 @ Pickerington North
NB/SW winner vs. Ridgedale/Africentric winner

LF/Waterford winner vs. FC/HP winner

This is a tough region....Africentric, Waterford, South Webster and Harvest Prep (which won its first two tourney games 74-24 and 84-23.)

Nasty snow storm coming. Should hit within the next few hours. Any chance the games tonight will be cancelled?

Man, I hope all of the New Boston and South Webster fans and players are able to make it down 140. It is downright nasty out there. I can't believe they went ahead and played this game.

So what's the verdict? Did the Lady Jeeps come out with a win?
