When South Webster played west on monday they lost by 1 in overtime, so 1 team has come close!
and next time we play them it should be a heck of a game.

ND 8th grade has dropped to 4-4 I think or maybe 4-3 . 0-2 since christmas break and the O can't get going . another tough game today hosting a good Clay team that beat tham at clay 10 days ago. unless ND gets some steals and layups I don't see them generating enough points in the 1/2 court sets to win the game . MD

The Minford - West games will be interesting. I understand that West girls are undefeated both 7th and 8th grade. Minford 7th grade is undefeated althought the 8th grade has lost a couple of games. The 7th grade game will prove to be exciting. The Minford 7th grade team has a deep bench with lots of talent. They also have some very good ball handlers. From what I remember of the Minford/West game last year minford got into foul trouble. I predict this will happen again this year. The Minford 8th grade team will have trouble getting the ball down court. They don't seem to have the ball handlers that the 7th grade team has but they will be strong under the basket. The Dever girl is the 8th grade teams biggest asset. She is a good shot, scores alot and is a strong rebounder. West has some very good ball handlers. Good luck to both teams.

Minford 8th has a lot of help under the basket and should be fine against West provided they play some D and stop ball. And if AAU Scout remembers correctly then you remember that when West 7th and Minford 7th play each other they are both always in foul trouble, unless AAU SCOUT is talking about when the games are at West
