Piketon can't stop tigers offense and Tigers can't stop Redstreaks whoever has the ball last wins. Going with tigers 44to 41.

^^^^, sleepy sure I mentioned him. I said the big boys up front will determine this game and that is where Ben is now! lol I left a lot of kids off, not intentional just didnt want to type that much!
For several years now I have been putting up inspirational quotes to get us all ready for the big game!
"We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret or disappointment."
And one of my favorites from Theodore Roosevelt, "Don't hit at all if you can help it; don't hit a man if you can possibly avoid it; but if you do hit him, put him to sleep."

Fall Sports Preview prints in Wednesday's edition of the NewsWatchman. It has something with the where the paper prints and how long it takes to print it I think.

Obviously you weren't at the 2008 game. Neither team showed any defense last year, I don't know where it will come from this year. High scoring game again. Can Waverly stop Tyler Tackett and can Piketon stop Roback-Malone? Hopefully no one leaves early this year.

Several questions regarding these two teams will get answered tomorrow night. One of the most intriguing questions is......does Waverly have enough team speed on the defensive side of the ball contain Piketon's speedy backs? We shall see.

What a great night of football. Hard fought game with a lot more defense than last year. My hat is off to Waverly scheduling the game on a Saturday evening. I saw kids from all over southern Ohio. I don't know if they were there to witness a great rivalry or to see Roback and Southworth , the two soon to be division I players. All and all great weather, great game and great crowd. The tailgate before the game seemed to be a great success. Heavily attended and a lot of food donated to the food shelter.
