For what it's worth, Wahama got eliminated 1st round in football.

Serves the TVC right for letting Wahama in the TVC. I know they got beat but why let them play since we'd have to wait around and see if they can play since their football season is a week behind Ohio's. It seems that they would be a question mark every year. I say just don't include them or South Gallia in the preview.

I hear WV athletic association wont allow Wahama to participate in this preview, so they will have to scramble to put in another team.

Get a JV team to play, and again that's what happens when you let a WV school and so many schools join the league with out checking all the issues that could pop up.

Spartan -

I think HEAVY D was just making an observation/fact/opinion regarding scheduling. I think that all schools worry about funding and sustainability. Trimble is NOT the only Athens Co. school with such worries. Be nice! :)

GO CATS!

Will these be full games? Like the foundation games have been?

That was little more than an observation. And all of my responses are measured responses to the unnecessary bashing. And you are right, Fed Hock is in serious danger of losing their school as well.

It a good cause for the shrine club and the kids like it. It seems to have been less attended in the last several years so hopeful the colder weather will bring out a big crowd so they can raise lots of money. It's my understanding everyone works for free. Clock operators, AD, Ref's and of course the Shriner's work the gate and concessions. Come out and help a great cause in some tough times.

Remember, this is not a competition, only an exhibition......heard Belpre lost to Trimble 33-27, Athens drilled Miller 33-11, & Meigs beat NY but don't know score.

Who at Federal Hocking allows the head Varsity coach to wear a Baseball hat during a game? I don't think I've ever seen a head coach ever wear a hat while coaching a game, exhibition or not. What is the A.D. thinking? What is the Administration thinking? It's no wonder they get talk about all the time. Also Wellston is terrible. I wouldn't get to excited about this game. For that matter no team looked real good, but I'm sure no one showed what they had either.
