From outside looking in it seems that team loaded with talented players maybe style and or substitution pattern could be changed or at least adjusted from game to game depending on opponent
Does coach scout or prepare? Can he make adjustments depending on what other team doing? Sounded like Yates had several different defenders run at him last night run at him and still same game plan. Exciting style? For a while maybe but does it always work?

Rekans1 To answer one of your questions there is always a defensive scheme to hold Stegman to 12 pts is darn good the problem is theres never an offensive scheme as other teams we have played can testify to.

nb heat i know everything goin on out here.....but facts are facts and we dont shoot well whether we have a offensive scheme or not.....if you play run and gun then you gotta make layups if the defense plays zone or man to man then you have to be able to make a 15 foot shot and layups and valley has not been able to do it ......25 % shooting will not win many games .....this group of boys has been very successful over their athletic careers but their minds are not right , right now ....

I agree, making shots wins games but from what i hear the problems on the team are not basketball related. These kids need to go out and play hard and have fun, everything else will take care of itself.
