The article states they will make adjustments to the harbin point system.... Wonder how this will effect the breakdown.... when it all gets finalized you will probably be in a different division competing against the same teams from previous years... The top 12 teams(?) of a division in the old breakdown will now move up a division... Some teams will benefit while others will not...
