I think people that follow the area teams closely saw this coming. Fort Frye played right with Warren for three quarters before they "abandoned ship" in quarter number four. Monroe Central has a quality coach and basketball program in my opinion, but they haven't given us a reason to think that they could, would, or should win this type of game (based on recent history).

Monroe ran a weak zone and Fort Frye ate it alive with layup after layup. Everyone for Cadets played well and contributed. Most of the 2nd half the Cadets ran an offense to only shoot layups. Noles just do not match up to play man to man and the press lead to layups. Scoring - Legraen 15, Kiefer 12,Madison 11 , Jordan Anderson 9, Chan Lang 9, Justin Anderson 7, Derek Layton 2. Cadets ate the Seminole zone Defense, and no way could they play man Defense and keep up with the Cadets tonight.

Balanced scoring for Fort Frye again tonight. Wish everyone tried the Zone against them

Hurt MC losing Nixon in the 1st quarter. May not have stayed with FF with him but it certainly makes a difference with him not on the floor. Was concerned about the MC inside defense when Barnesville had no problem getting inside looks on them. Barnesville just could not make the easy looks. A team better be able to play some "D" when playing teams like FF. Can't always run and gun. Still Don't see many loses for either of these teams.
