Peebles defense is learning and playing lights out right now. No press, half court with some traps,but; the kicker this year is defense in the paint. Big body:6'3" Bird( 3 blocks), big body Workman(4 blocks) at 6'1",6' Carrol( rebounding machine) and 6'3" reserve Gray. Guards Morrison and Johnson can fill it up from everywhere. Marissa Moore who has been out the last few games is a defensive stud and Lilly McFarland is learning at a fast rate. Don't look now,but; the Peebles girls of the first two games who struggled with the new game planing now share the ball and many can score in double figures. Great teamwork. If your on the court you can score. Coach Pell has these gals believing in her system . Tonight Peebles Reserves won decisively by I think 18 points as well.
Varsity gals had I think 4 in double figures with Morrison and Johnson leading the way.

Workman is a Senior,Byrd is a Jr, Carrol is a Sophomore and Gray is a freshman. Will have size for at least 3 more years to go with Johnson. Moore is 5'10" and a senior.
